On-line Personal Training

Do you live further afield but would like to train with us? On-line personal training could be for you! All you need is a pc or tablet with camera access for Skype, plus possibly a few pieces of equipment depending on what your goals are and the kind of sessions you’d like.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]

Personal Training

  • One to one or joint sessions in your home or local park
  • Sessions tailored exactly to you
  • Choose from 45 or 60 minutes
  • Train with Mike or Carly, or a combination of both
  • Optional weigh in plus frequent body measurements

Join our exclusive Members Area to access even more words of wisdom, beneficial tips and information to help keep you focused. From nutrition to work-outs, plus downloadable resources to help inspire and motivate you along the way!

You’ll also be invited to join our closed Facebook coaching group The ME Project… a like minded community ready to inspire and encourage each other, as well as meal plans, daily prompts and reminders, mini challenge, home work out videos and your questions answered by Carly and Mike on a daily basis.

Mondays & Wednesdays 6.30-7.45pm, Woodplumpton (selected dates, 6 week course £150)

Mike’s Fit Camp (Mixed)

  • Saturdays 10-11, St Anne’s School, Woodplumpton. £30 per 6 week course
  • Weekly 60 minute class
  • Non-military, yet action packed outdoor boot camp sessions

  • Varied, highly motivational and supportive
  • Experience the expertise of personal training in a group environment
  • Maximum of 20 people
