Movement makes you feel good. FACT. Yet so often we just don’t have the time or energy for it, or at least that’s what we tell ourself!

It’s time to MAKE the time.

Just 45-55 minutes, twice a week, that’s all you need to feel so much better in body and mind.

Needing to do 60 minutes x 3 a week? MYTH! Let me show you another way.

You’ll be encouraged, pushed (to your own limit), and cheered on every step of the way. With a group size of just 6-8, you’ll enjoy a sense of community and friendship as well as enjoying the work outs too (it IS possible I promise!).

Workouts include: Kettlebells, body weight exercises, HIIT, core training, resistance bands, strength training/ toning, boxing/ pad work, circuit training, stretching and relaxation too.

The programme is for all fitness levels and abilities as plenty of options are given, you will be invited to join a private Whatsapp group PLUS you also gain access to me for any advice or questions you may have in between sessions. Food Diary feedback and/ or advice is also included.

STRETCH & TONE

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]This is my favourite class to teach, it’s my own energising blend of pilates and yoga style exercises combined with strengthening work, toning, stretches and relaxation… all in just 45 minutes!

The main focus is to counteract the negative effects of inactivity, postnatally and/ or from having a desk job… stretching tight muscles, strengthening weak areas and correcting imbalances too (we all have them, we might just not know it!).

You will leave feeling energised yet relaxed, with a few feel good muscular aches to take home too.

I am beginning 2 different 6 week courses of Stretch & Tone, both local to Woodplumpton, Preston:

Wednesdays 7.15-8pm, St Anne’s School, Woodplumpton, PR4 0NE (begins 6th Nov)

Thursdays 11.30am-12.15pm, Woodplumpton & District Club, Bartle, PR4 0RU (begins 7th Nov)- little ones in pushchairs are welcome to this class.

My approach is incredibly supportive, yet motivating, I love what I do and thrive off helping you achieve your goals. My moto is ‘Do it for the Feel Good’, ditching the diets and/ or hard core exercise regimes to re-define what living well means to you.

From losing inches to toning up, from back care to full body strength, from tacking bad habits to a complete lifestyle change… whatever your goals, i’m here to help you reach them.

It won’t be easy, it never is, but step by step we’ll work together to get you there… with support, guidance and accountability from me, and a little determination and commitment from you.

Personal Training Packages (subject to availability):

Sessions may be carried over beyond 6 months if pre-arranged and/ or if there are exceptional circumstances.

It takes 2-3 months to change or create a habit and therefore I like to work with you for this duration to give you the best chance of making lasting changes, giving enough time to make it a part of your life.
